The Mission
The Mission of the church is to fulfill the Great Commission described in Mark chapter 16. To operate in the same power that Jesus and the early Book of Acts church did. There is a hunger for the Power of God in every city, state, region, and country in the world and our goal at The River is to provide a place for residents of the Tri-State region to experience that Power. The River Church is a place where we experience and cultivate that Power and knowledge of the Word & Holy Spirit on a continual basis. We are a church of solid biblical teaching, anointed preaching, and demonstration of the Holy Spirit.
The Vision
Our vision is to see a strong 10,000 member church built and excel in the Downtown Cincinnati area. Along with the local congregation, The River Church takes the message of the Gospel outside the walls of the church building. Our goal is to see over 100,000 decisions for Christ in our city and to witness the power of God in the streets and realms of influence of Cincinnati. The power of God is available to EVERYONE and it is our job as believers to make sure that EVERYONE hears this Good News.
