What We Believe

Core Beliefs

In a world that is ever changing, there is one thing that remains constant and unwavering. GOD.

The Word of God

The Word of God (the Bible) is divinely inspired and useful to teach us what is true (1 Timothy 3:16). It serves as a guide and lifeline to all who read it. The Bible is essential to the successful life of a Christian. It is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword (Hebrews 4:12).

Eternal Salvation

Eternal Salvation is available to all who call upon the name of Jesus Christ, the Son of God (Romans 10:13). God gave His only son so no one would perish but have eternal life (John 3:16). Jesus died on a cross for the wrongdoings of the world, was buried in a tomb, and 3 days later rose from the dead. This sacrifice and resurrection gives all who accept Him eternal life and victory over the power of sin. Jesus ascended to Heaven 40 days after His resurrection to send the gift of the Holy Spirit (John 24:49-51)

The Holy Ghost

God’s Holy Spirit dwells within all who receive Christ AND the baptism of the Holy Spirit (Luke 3:16). This baptism comes with the evidence of speaking in tongues (Acts 2:4-5). The Holy Spirit equips the believer to demonstrate God’s power in order to live victoriously on the earth. This power is to enable us to bring others to accept Jesus Christ (Acts 1:8-9).

The Rapture  & 2nd Coming of Christ

The Rapture & 2nd Coming of Jesus Christ will FIRST take place as a catching away of the Church, The Body of Christ (1 Thessalonians 4:14-17). No person will know the exact time of this coming (Matthew 24:36). Before this event happens, Christians have a command. It is the responsibility of EVERY believer to fulfill the Great Commission. To demonstrate the power of God. To heal the sick. To cast out demons. The believer is to preach the message of Jesus, win the lost and make disciples (Mark 16:15-18).

Jesus, Our Savior & Example

Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrew 13:8). The acts, signs, wonders, and miracles that occurred during His 33 years on the earth are also the same YESTERDAY, TODAY, & FOREVER. This was the case during the early days of the Christian Church described in the Book of Acts. The Body of Christ is to do the same and GREATER works than Jesus did (John 14:12). This is to see the Church grow and impact lives for eternity.

Christians are Followers of Christ. These followers can and should operate in the same victory & power Jesus did over 2000 years ago. This is through acceptance of Jesus as Lord over a person’s life, through studying the Word of God, and through receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues.

Every Christian has access to HEALING, JOY, PROTECTION, PROSPERITY, & VICTORY OVER SIN.
